Golden Apex, Inc., and owner Sam Liang announced that, on February 5, 2009, the United States District Court for the Central District of California issued a preliminarily injunction against D&D Gold Product Corporation, Trong Van Nguyen, Que Lan Truong Nguyen, Hung Van Nguyen, and their affiliates that prevents them from manufacturing, distributing, shipping, advertising, marketing, promoting, selling, or offering to sell any product in packaging bearing the "D&D Gold" trademark or any trademark confusingly similar to "D&D Gold" such as "D&D Gold Product." The District Court also preliminarily enjoined D&D Gold Product Corp. and the Nguyens from manufacturing, distributing, shipping, advertising, marketing, promoting, selling, or offering to sell any product in packaging bearing the three bells trademark illustrated below: (PRWeb Feb 21, 2009)
